I already ate cauliflower rice, made tabbouleh, now I'm bored.

I still have 2.5 heads.

Dh does the market shopping. Musta been a good deal on those cauliflowers (or they are just good looking....they ARE pretty).

Any ideas?

You can make nori rolls with cauliflower as rice.
1. Cut up cauliflower and pulse chop in food processor for little bit
2. Add some agave nectar and some ume plum vinegar (or salt) and pulse
3. Spread the cauliflower rice on the nori sheets and top with julienned vegetables like carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, avocados,sprouts and etc
4. Roll like a cigar
5. Cut in small pieces and serve

Hi i had the same problem yesterday so I used my cauli in a curry sauce/pate/spread (depending on how thick you make it) I made up with lots of bits & pieces from my fridge.
I used 1 large carrot shredded, 1 apple grated, 1 onion diced small, cauli processed into cous cous type texture. Added these together with 3 TBS water, 2TBS garam masala, 1TBS cumin, 1/2 cup fresh shelled peas & blended together. Added 1 cup raisins at the end & enjoyed spread on flax crckers. In the evening I warmed a bowl of this up in my dehydrator cos it was on anyway. I liked it both hot & cold & I reckon if I added coconut milk it would be even more yummy. I made mine very thick like a paste but more liquid would make it a sauce

a lot of "mashed potatoes" recipes call for a head of cauli :)
