Hi everyone. Sorry that I don't get around to commenting on all the responses you've made to any questions I've had in the past couple of days. I am trying hard to focus on sticking with raw food only. I haven't a clue how to start a "journal" or "blog"? Would someone be kind enough to tell me how? Where? and Which buttons to click? I made it through the day! Coffee withdrawal headache is just beginning. I had a yummy fruit smoothie for breakfast and later, a huge green drink (2 big glasses) with tons of green stuff in it (a whole cuke, chard, kale, swiss chard, 1/2 an apple, spinach, celery and I can't remember if there was anything else.) It didn't taste too great but it was Healthy and that matters to me now so much. I bought bags and bags of nuts today. Now tonight I am going to try to plan what I think I'd like to make tomorrow to see if I need to soak anything. And I'd better start some sprouts too as I bought lentils, mung beans and alfalfa. I had a yummy salad tonight with olives and avocado in it. I am still hungry but too tired to do much about it. Alissa has a recipe for some mock salmon with some other stuff spread on Nori. But I think I really am too tired. Hope this note isn't too long. Am still so thankful to have found you wonderful people.
