Hi EveryoneI just registered, and am seriously considering going 100% raw again. This time I'd like to do it better. Should I jump right in, or ease into it taking a couple of weeks. I know I felt much better doing raw, and would like to get back my zest for living. My running was much better, and I woke up better in the morning. I know I've got to go thru feeling really bad for awhile again and am not looking forward to that. After weighing all the pros and cons though it would be worth it . Do what feels right for you. You might want to jump right in now, then perhaps slow down later, or maybe run fast all the time. Everyone is different, so anything is to be expected. Your experience will be unique.

Hi thanks everyone for your response. Of course I have to wait to go all the way raw until Saturday. Today I incorporated more raw in my diet and will do that tomorrow. Saturday I will go shopping and get the proper food. I know the hardest part is getting started and detoxing off cooked food. After that it will be easier. I'll be coming here quite a bit as I will be the only raw foodist around. Judy :cool: :eek: :D
