Ok, I have arame and I have agar agar.
And I don't know what to do with them.
The arame tastes......well like too seeweedy. And the agar agar I know is for thickening. It came in long strips.
I have no idea of how to use either.
The arame I have seen used in "fish sticks" by the Boutenkos. Alas I have no dehydrator, so therefore, it's a no go.
Any help?
BTW, I'm not real keen on the "fish taste".
