I really love Larabars and it says raw vegan on the packaging but I was wondering if these are truly considered raw by 100% raw eaters?
thanks!

These are debatable. Some would say none are truly raw. Some are definately not raw and I believe they say so on the label.

Raw? Yep! Most of them, anyway, check ingredients for the simple ones (ie, fruit and nuts)
Fresh? Nope
Good to eat in abundance? No way
Good to eat in a pinch? Yep!

Taste good? Yep! ;)
I treat larabars as I suppose a 'normal' eater would treat chocolate bars - a treat if I'm out and about.
A lot of them aren't 100% raw, granted, but they're not exactly unhealthy. You could do a lot worse!

Hi
If you have a dehydrator you can make your own fairly simply and a lot tastier too.
I am soaking some golden raisins right now to make some. Just add your favorite stuff and dehydrate. It makes a great snack a lot cheaper and better tasting, and you can add in what you really like.
