Hi,
I'm giving my round dehydrator to a friend who is dabbling in raw. The one I got was a gift from someone, so it's not new. What do ya'll use as a teflex sheet replacement for the round models?

My round one came with a mesh sheet and a plastic sheet so I haven't had to use teflex or anything, I thought most round models came with these?
I had some parchment paper from my old Pampered Chef days and cut a hole in the center of the sheet.

You can cut Excalibur sheets to fit, but as they are so expensive you may not want to waste it! If you have any spare, though.
You can buy parchment paper but you may have to look for it at a specialty store. Others have mentioned it on here before.

I just use baking paper, it lasts for a couple of dehydration sessions. I cut a hole in the centre.
Plus I have one plastic insert for fruit leathers that I also use for other liquid things.

Some people on this forum have recommended www.nesco.com for accessories for the round dehydrators. You may want to check it out.
