Nightmares

Hi Ive got no idea why this is happening except maybe it is an emotional detox
Sorry I cant be more help...but I have also just started to have terrible nightmares.
I have never had night terrors before but the other night my 18 year old son had to wake me several times cos i was screaming in my sleep...i was dreaming that my dad was being killed...how wierd we have had such a similar dream. My dad is in his 70's & has had a couple of heart attacks, maybe Im really worried he will die soon on a subconscious level? i cant think of any other reason for my mad nightmare.
Hope this stops for us both soon
