WOW! I just made this. I LOVE it!! I haven't had celery, carrots and scallions in forever. This is AWESOME.

This is a staple for me, I have it over romaine. I also add sun dried tomatos and sometimes a few nuts, maybe a small handful of rasins for a little sweet. Really good.
