I made this recipe and let me just say... WOW.
Like most of my recipes, I got it from goneraw.com

Ingredients
½ cup water
juice from one small lemon
1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)
1 teaspoon sea salt, add 1/2 tsp at a time for taste
1½ cups raw cashews
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon turmeric, for color, add as needed
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (pour a little at a time and taste)
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients in the chopper and voila!
I don't think you really need the tumeric if you don't have it.
You can always put a few drops of ready-made organic mustard.

Just made this and it is amazing! I'll use a bit less water next time, I think. Thanks for sharing halikatak. Now I'm going to make a salad to put it on as I'm so....oooo hungry. This food is incredible. A whole new world has opened up for me. Have a great day.

I make a batch of this every weekend to last me the week. I absolutely love it! I also add chopped up celery and onion, sometimes a bit of agave too. It is great stuffed into little mushrooms too!

Don't have cashews. I have sun seeds and almonds and brazil nuts. Do you think any of those would be a good substuitue?;)
