My sister just sent me an e mail with a poem and one part of the poem read:

"When you run so fast to get somewhere, you miss half the fun of getting there."

So don't hurry the journey. Enjoy it. Have fun. Love. Laugh. Smile. And savor every moment of it-knowing that optimum health is just one of the many roads along life's journey.

That message is true. All the best parts of life are the ones I want to slow down so that I may enjoy. Since we eat to live, lets slow down and enjoy it. Be thankful for the bounty at our table.
