This is sort of a re-introduction. I've been gone for about year from this site because I've been without a computer for a while. Thanks to a really nice gift of a laptop I can come back.
I don't expect anyone to remember me, but I'm Angeline from Portland Oregon. I used to have the username of Angeline. I received my spiritual name of Lasita, which I go by now since it is a very special name to me that connects me to my spiritual mother Amma. ( Mata Amritandamayi Devi, also known as Ammachi)
I was 100 percent raw for a few months and then had some major health issues that threw me off course. Which is strange, since it should have thrown me more on course. Family pressure and many other things took me down to about 80 percent raw and vegan. Once I got my focus back I've been 100 percent raw since August and had a huge break through in terms of health and understanding that my life depends on being 100 percent raw. The kind of break through that I had when I became a strict vegetarian almost 20 years ago. Hard to explain, but it's the kind of knowing, that is so rooted inside yourself when you "know" that the worst is over, and there is no going back or desire to.
In short, I'm back and ready to learn more and hopefully be of support to others.
Peace be to all of You! :)
