Ok, now how do I get my photo up by my username? or where can I find this info.? I'm sure it's quite simple, but I can't seem to figure it out...? Thank you again in advance!!!!

Click on "User CP" which is on the green bar above.
Then click on "Edit Avatar".

Then you can upload a pic from your computer or enter a web address for a pic.
