I am on my 4th day back to raw and last night I had some major emotional detox. A couple of bad things I've dome in the past were PLAGUING me with no relief and no (other) explanation as to why they came into my head. I was trying to read and I couldn't even make out the words. I did a bit of visualization to clear my ming and it helped a bit, until I went to sleep and started dreaming. I will be perfect from now on. It's easier.

Tip:

-Allow the 'emotional detox' and show friendship and acceptance to it.....while still focusing on YOUR dreams and goals. Having strong laser-like goals and dreams and visions makes it 'ok' to feel negative feelings. Just my experiences.

Amberley, I had the exact same experience last week. After three weeks of doing more and more raw, with very few physical detox symptoms, I had a day where I was psychologically a mess. Full of guilt and shame for past regrets and poor choices, feeling like I needed to confess to things that really do not matter any longer . . . for the whole day, I was fearful and insecure and guilt-ridden.

The next day, after a good night's sleep and my first green juice, I woke up clear-headed and happy--felt more confident and light-hearted than I had in months. That's what made me believe it was detox.
