I read your post and I was so touched by your words. I could feel your heart and I hope you can feel mine when I tell you... I am so glad that you have found this forum.

We are each on a journey... finding our balance, our path, our groove...
learning to get up and keep walking when we stub our toes or scrape our knees...

this is a beautiful place to gain support, to get lots of hugs, laugh with others that understand how you feel (since many of us have the same issues -- attached to our own personal reasons of course .... but the symptoms - well they're the same... ;) )

I have not had to deal with bulimia.... but food addictions - yes... over indulging on the alcohol.... YES... this lifestyle has been my light at the end of the tunnel. When I thought there was no hope - no way out of the pit I found myself in....

I found alissa, the teaching of the living on live foods... this forum to reach out to... and it has changed my life. Saved my life actually.

You are at that point of decision... facing that fork in the road...
choices... I wrote about that on my journal blog last week...
we all reach that point - when we must choose.

one road leads to life... laughter... goodness

the other road ... it will lead to temporarily numbing yourself, only to find that you will wake up sick, unhappy, filled with toxins, sorrow for the time wasted...

I am glad you are here... and I look forward to reading more of your journey - where you gain your strength... find your courage and joy...
