Cheesecake minus cashews?

We're going to my in-laws for Thanksgiving, and one of their sons is allergic to almost every type of nuts, including cashews. He can eat pecans, so I'm thinking of making a crust out of pecans, but what about fillings?

whenever i cant get the coconut i substitute cashews...
stands to reason it works visa versa too

Other ideas I had was...

making Banana milk for a filling, adding coconut oil- frozen banana seems to thicken up a lot better..
