Healing piercings?

I got my conch pierced today, woop. I'm thinking it'll heal quicker than normal being raw, but does anyone know of particular foods that'll help? Thanks x

No, but I would use homeopathic arnica for the discomfort and to accelaerate healing and spray some colloidal silver on it instead of hte bactine they love to recommend. It is totally natural and will keep you from having infection issues.

lavendar essential oil is great if it's not healing well. never use tea tree it's too harsh.

It's healing pretty well so far, I've just been doing saltwater soaks. I'll try the arnica and lavender oil, and the colloidal silver if I can get hold of it!
