Some questions for those who use enemas

Hi, I was looking on e-bay for enema bags and I'm kinda confused about what kind of set-up would be best. It can't be that complicated, huh? Any feedback?

And what position do you get into?

And is there a time and place to do coffee enemas that I've heard holistic health care practicioners recommend? ah, finally! an excuse to .....consume coffee!

Oh, and Brenda Cobb in her interview with Revvell was talking about using a syringe and....a catheter tube up the anus to deliver a shot of wheat grass juice. Fun! No doubt very effective. Anyone doing this?

Oh, Hi, it's just me again! I answered half my question browsing Brenda Cobb's website has some of the materials I'm looking for, and I trust her judgement about the quality of the products. She's got the thingey to get the wheat grass juice up there..... I gotta experience this! I'll report back.
