Ok so i have been wanting to do a juice feast for quite some time now and wanted to know has anyone tried it during the winter. Its getting cold and dont know if i will be able to do a smoothie fast. In my opinion, this would be a great way to get my veggies in also being that im not really fond of raw veggies. One more question, can anyone give me examples of combinations of fruits and veggies you may use? Thanks

Hi,
I live in NH and let me tell ya, it's COLLLLLD. Plus I moved here last year from florida, so I chill when it's less than 75 degrees! Yet I am doing a juice fast, it's been 10 days now. I'm still chilly, but everyone is... whether they are SAD, eating soup, drinking coco... it's still cold! What I do is make a cup of herbal tea, wrap my hands around it and melt right away. Tea is not raw, but herbal tea is usually accepted during fasts. A few sips and I'm fine.

Yea well we'll see whether or not i decide to go forth with the juice feasting. I am used to warm foods in the winter so i may wait until the spring. Who knows
