I made this today and it's so easy and so yummy. I got the "recipe" from a picnic last weekend.

Simply mix in equal parts:

Olive oil
Nama Shoyu
Agave nectar

I poured 1/4 cup of each into a glass jar and shook.

How simple is that?!? And, it's great.

yep! I do that but with vinegar-its amaising how great REALLY simple dressings are -you can taste the veggie flavors in their best light -I cant IMAGINE how people can saturate salads in creamy flavor maskers, ya know?

btw have you ever tried equal parts a oil/shoyu/agave/with some ginger ,garlic and a few drops of raw a/c vinegar?

I prefer lemon or lime to the vinegar. I like the addition of garlic and ginger. Gonna make me some right now!!!

I like the kinda sweet taste, but I bet it's great with garlic and ginger, too. I might flavor a little bit for tomorrow's salad. Thanks for the suggestion, ladies.
