marinated tofu that they serve at the salad bar??? I have some eggplant to sub the tofu and I was going to make the dressing...but I can't recall what's in it. I think it's tamari, sesame oil, lemon juice and 1-2 other things...perhaps sweetener?
Do you know the rest? I loved loved loved that stuff and now I live an hour away from WF's so I can't just "pop" in to check the ingredients. :(

I remember that stuff..it was yummy!
I found this recipe at their website. I think you could dupe it raw no prob.
Marinated Teriyaki Tofu
Soy Food, Vegetarian
1 pound tofu
2 ounces low sodium tamari
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate 1/2-inch thick slices of tofu at least one hour or overnight. Grill or broil 3–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Use for sandwiches or wraps or serve with rice or pasta.

I made it a little differently. I squeezed a lemon, sesame oil, Bragg, a little garlic, and a touch of sweetener. I cut the eggplant in 1" cubes and marinated. everyone loved it! I added it to my Nori and lunch and my dinner salad last night.
