marinated tofu that they serve at the salad bar??? I have some eggplant to sub the tofu and I was going to make the dressing...but I can't recall what's in it. I think it's tamari, sesame oil, lemon juice and 1-2 other things...perhaps sweetener?

Do you know the rest? I loved loved loved that stuff and now I live an hour away from WF's so I can't just "pop" in to check the ingredients. :(

I made it a little differently. I squeezed a lemon, sesame oil, Bragg, a little garlic, and a touch of sweetener. I cut the eggplant in 1" cubes and marinated. everyone loved it! I added it to my Nori and lunch and my dinner salad last night.
