My favorite is avocado pudding! I think it's on therawtable.com.
Add it to nut mylk for a chocolate mylk drink, to smoothies, make fudge with coconut and cocoa.
Have fun with it!

It's great in smoothies. Just add a teaspoon or more to any smoothie or green smoothie, along with frozen cherries and/or raspberries (whatever you like). I also put in a dash of cayenne pepper cause it brings out the chocolate flavor.

Cayenne brings out the chocolate flavor? Really? Cool, but how does it do that? Does it taste spicey? The combination doesn't seem like it would taste very good. Now I need to try it in my morning smoothie tomorrow!

I like making a chocolate fondue. Mix the chocolate powder, agave, vanilla, a tiny bit of coconut oil and 1/2 banana in FP. Cut up bananas & strawberries and dip away. (we like to roll them in nuts or dried coconut after dipping) YUM!

Check out "Gus's Rawlmond Joys" in the recipe section. My 9 year old developed this recipe and it's DELISH. In fact all 3 boys took it to school for part of today's lunch!

I don't know how or why it works, I just know it does, and, (I like a little bit of spicyness). I always add a dash or 2 to anything I make with chocolate. Some people use a tsp. of instant coffee, which also gives chocolate a great flavor (but not raw).

Lovely! The fondue recipe sounds delish! I think I'll try that tonight...thanks so much for all the suggestions.

Also, I've had the pleasure of trying the cayenne/choco combo for and it really is delicous. Highly recommended and I'm so glad to be reminded of it!

cacao and cayenne is an ancient combination, used by the indigenous peoples of central america. its off the charts good. a bit spicey, yeah. but you can control how much you put in. good and warming on a winter day, though!

tomorrow I'll be placing an order online and i'm excited about the raw cacao powder! does it end up tasting alot like chocolate, or should i be prepared for a "different" sort of taste?

It's quite similar actually, just without the "roasted" flavor. Raw cacao has more of a bite to it, lots of personality in the taste.

I kinda use a formula, cacao with a sweetner (agave/honey/maple syrup/ stevia) with a fat: avacado (my favorite) or banana or coconut oil and some extra goodies thrown in: vanilla extract, maca, cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts...mmmmhhhmmm, worth experimenting with.

My favorite concoction seems drab after reading all the posts. I take about 1 c water, 6-8 brazil nuts, 1 T cocoa powder, 1 t maca, squirt of agave, dash of cinnamon, couple drops of vanilla, maybe a banana if you like. Blend in vm until a little warm and enjoy. The best choc drink I've ever had.
