Peace,

I don't recall who it was, but i remember someone saying that they had a raw Italin "uncook" book with a bunch of Italian recipes. I've always been a maniac for some Italian food back in my cooked food days (i have dreams of reverting for a meal or two!) but i would love to get my hands on a book like that. I absolutely love pizza, lasagna, pasta dishes, calzones, etc. etc. MMM..!! If someone could help me out with some recipes or to possibly find a book of Italian recipes i would greatly appreciate it.

Alissa's book has lasagne, "raw pastas" and pizza and calzones in it. Do you already have it?

Alissa's Calzone is one of the most wonderful raw recipes you will find!

Hi,

Alissa's book has some truly wonderful regional recipes in them.

You might be able to find alot of good FREE recipes on this forum by going up to the banana, and typing in Italian, or spaghetti or whatever you are looking for.
