Well friends, I went off the road of raw and ate some cooked food at a local commercial restaurant known for their deserts -I, ordered desert, but did not eat it because I couldn't. Hubby and I split an appetizer, avocado rolls, I then had an excellent raw salad - with lemon and olive oil on it - and why didn't I stop. Next I ordered a vegan pasta dish, which 1) I didn't like 2) didn't eat it all, gave it to hubby to finish 3) left the worst taste of garlic in my mouth.

Now, the results of this meal, was immense gas all night long, hubby slept elsewhere- I felt sorry for him, sluggishness and brain fog - so if there are any or many mispelled words in here - I am not thinking well, constipation, a pimple - can you believe it a pimple under my chin and so I look like I have a nipple hanging from my chin. I am extremly fatigued, and totally misearble :(

My system feels so comprimised. Today, I am having some steamed veggies because of the abuse and then tomorrow, carrot juice, and having a p&b cocktail with apple juice to cleanse my system for the next few days. I don't mind the fast, it is time for my fall renewal, so what away to get ready

So, please don't do this - my body has adjusted to a 80-100% raw, and putting the cooked food in it - I forgot to mention the cooked food on Friday night - it has been a ghastly two days. Woe is me and it is my fault. I feel like something ran over me, besides that my breath is not pleasant and I look ashen - not a good thing for Sweet Lips.

Y'all be blessed and please don't do this to yoursleves.

:o

Awww Sweetlips (((hugs))) We go through these things and we glean from them the lessons they contain! I hope you feel better soon!!

(Your suffering isn't by any means funny, but I'm sorry I HAD to let out a chuckle at the description you gave - "I look like I have a nipple hanging from my chin" LOL that description was too funny!)

Hi Everyone,

Yes, the old I ate some cooked food story.

In my case, it's the I drank too much French wine story.

Now that I'm raw, I catch a buzz very quickly.

One glass of wine is fine, but if I go to 3 or 4 forget about it.

Raw and wine do not like each other.

Peace,

M.B.
