i've tried the tuna recipe from alissa's book and dvd, and while it was good, it was a little rich for me, perhaps from the seeds. however, i made a big batch of raw hummus (also alissa's recipe), and since i had so much left over, i experimented and added a whole mess of sprouts and chopped up pickles and kalamata olives to it -- oh boy, it makes a scruptious tuna-esque thing! (i've been vegan for about 10 years and actually, have no idea what tuna tastes like, but... it's at least on par with the "tuno" of my cooked vegan days!)
