I just made the best green smoothie. I used a handful of spinach, one beautiul mango, one bananna, 2 dates, about five slices of frozen peaches and about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of spring water. I kinda just add it together without measuring. It is soooo yummy! I have enough for a snack later or for lunch.
