After jucing

I just got myself a juicer

and I was just wondering what everyone does with the products left after jucing?

Do u use it in your meals or just throw it out?

There must be vitamins and minerals left in it...

You could toss it into your salads......as a garnish.....or puree with lemon/lime juice for a salad dressing......or mix with coconut and chill for a desert......or make little cookies and dehydrate.....or feed to the local fauna......or compost it......it's all good.

I freeze mine and then use it later it in gourmet recipes or soups.
