I like to snack on fresh raw bright colored bell peppers. Cut them into bite sized pieces and munch away.

I often have that issue. I also have braces on my teet (at age 66), so in the evening I want something sweet and soft. I like a banana with soem agave syrup on it, or a raw carob or cacao sauce. Tonight I made a pudding of a papaya and an avocado and added some cacao. It was very yummy. I also like banana ice crem--throw a couple of frozen bananas in the fp, add some frozen blueberries if you like, or coconut oil.

Dates are VERY sweet...of course. MANY fruits have a great deal of sweetness........from grapes....bananas...figs....papaya....etc. Even some vegetables can be incredibly sweet. Your call.

My evening snack was a wonderful Fuji apple. I had to share a slice with my dog. She kept begging for a slice of apple.

I'm on a big time baklava kick!

chopped nuts (any kind really)
honey
cinnamon
and raisins if you have them

I'll eat this by itself or on top of bananas or apples.

It's soooooooooooooooooooo good.

I enjoy fudge brownies, from RP.

1 Cup walnuts
1 Cup pitted dates
1/2 cup cacao or carob

Process in FP until a ball forms.

I like to roll mine in dried, shredded coconut. YUMMM!

A tsp. or tbsp. depending how desperate I am of raw almond butter drizzled with agave. I will have one or even two of these. Tonite I just came home to an easy banana.
