how do you open it so that you don't get little flecks of brown husk all over the place or in your water or meat?

I just made this DELICIOUS banana coconut custard but there were tiny bits of coconut husk in there and I thought I had done my best to get it all out.

any tips to it? thanks!

There have been plenty of Threads on this, why not do a "Search" at the top of this page. They have already explained it better than I can.
