I will truly be astounded if there are any raw foodists on here from Oklahoma! My name is Mary and I tried to post the other night and can't seem to find my post. Anyway, glad to be here. I am very much looking forward to getting to chat with you all. My biggest problem with raw fooding so far seems to be that I'm hungry all of the time. Any others that this is a problem?
Thanks, Mary :)

If you're hungry, eat more. This question comes up so often here. Simple response ~ unless you have a parasite, eat more. IF you've got a parasite, then, even eating cooked you'd feel hungry. Try eating 5-7 small meals a day. Make sure they contain the 5 tastes and you "should" feel satisfied. If not, eat more. Be sure to drink water also.

Welcome!

Thanks for the hello's. I'm glad to have touched base with you guys. Looking forward to more chatting. I guess now I'm supposed to move into the next level chat room after this intro one.
See you there. Thanks, Mary ;)

I decided to search this forum for more Okies. I only expected to find one or two, but I'm finding several! Yea!

Welcome (even though you joined before I did!), and maybe we can all get together sometime! :D

I'm in Midwest City.

I'm in Pauls Valley. Where in OK are you Mary?

Do you know about the great organic co-op in Wayne? You can join for $35 and then she only marks up the items 15%!! I can buy fresh organic produce from her cheaper than stuff that isn't organic at Walmart. :D

I am a Certified Raw Chef through Alissa's organization and in June I take the class to allow me to teach the Level I Class.

I love eating this way!

Raw Blessings,
Julie

WELCOME WELCOME WELCOME

I agree, if you are hungry -- eat more food, until you aren't hungry.
