Alissa's Indian Spinach Dip on page 306 of her book is one of my fave recipes. There's also a non-spicy version on page 305 and that's lovely too.

Thanks for your help......I will go look. I just really, really fancied a spinach dip yesterday and didn't know where to turn to get it.

FYI: Alissa's spinach dip is close to the top of my list of faves. :) It's just divine.
