Alissa's Raw Pizza...

Hi everyone,

I have been playing around with Alissa's Pizza recipe and wondered if any of you had too? Not that it needs anything doing to it but you know some times a Bear has to get his paws messy in the kitchen on his days off...

I wanted to post photo's of me making the pizza for people who read my blog to turn some of the vegan readers onto raw foods.

I had loads of fun doing it and then the thought came to me that some of you may change the recipe too. I'd love to know what you do.

I use the mozzarella cheese from the calzone as my cheese layer. HTH!:D

I use spicy taco meat on it, and sort of combine her easy recipe with the middle one...and add a bunch of fresh herbs. I also put a ton of toppings on them like slivered onions, red pepper, spinach, mushrooms, etc. I also make mini pizza rounds instead of one big one. Since there are only two of us, I toss the other dehydrated crusts in a ziplock & freeze. I just toss them back in the dehydrator for a few minutes top & pop back in to save time.

Ooooh, and lots of crushed red pepper! SPICY!!!
