I'm very new to raw, can some of you share what you eat in a typical day? Thanks,

Everyday is different for me as I eat instinctively.

I had a green smoothie made of mango, banana and spinach in the morning. Then sipped a bottle of cucumber juice throughout the day. Then had a red pepper in the evening. I normally eat more than that but I wasn't really hungry.

Each day is different for me as well, but I can tell you what I've had today:
Banana-Split Choc. Shake
LOTS of homemade seasoned almonds
My raw take on Funyuns
HUMONGO salad with Alissa's Jal. Stuffed Olives and her HM dressing
Homemade Gourmet Dark Choc. Hazelnut Truffles

wow.... that's a hard one - cuz well -- we're all so different.
typical day for me would be master cleanse lemonade to kick start my day...
about 10am - a salad or maybe some grape tomatos
salad for lunch or maybe an ear of corn with avocado spread on it.
salad for dinner - or some other kind of yummilicious meal... like coconut wraps with veggies inside... raw version of Spring rolls!
yes I do eat a lot of salads... I also love cut veggies or kale dipped in raw ranch dressing...
but right now --
my body is on a young coconut kick. There's something in them I am needing -- so I'm eating as much as my body wants right now. I've eaten as many as 3 coconuts in one day...
i try to eat as intuitively as possible - just eating what I'm craving - or what sounds good.
A while back -- I ate the spicy taco recipe 3 meals a day -- for over a month!

at the moment I'm obsessed with green smoothies so if I had my way I'd just been drinking huge glasses of green goo all day! But I agree with everyone we're all different and it depends on how you feel. Last weekend I had too much raw brownie and ice cream because of my birthday so I'm sticking to fruit and veges this week!:p

Hey starfire, I totally hear what you're saying! I'm also on a coconut kick, between dh and I, we've consumed 18 in two weeks! (most of those were me and my chocolate-coconut pudding, but some thai noodles also...)

Lately:
Breakfast: 2 or 3 glasses fresh Orange Juice
Snack: 1 lb grapes
Lunch: 6 small avocados
Snack: 1/2 coconut
Dinner: Watermelon or Papaya......or Canteloupe
Misc Snack: Pint of berries.......or 2 apples.....or 2 asian pears.....etc.
