Does anyone else find themselves eating 3-5+ oranges a day? I just wish they weren't so difficult to peel! Is there a reason I'm craving them so badly, or is it just because they taste good? :P

Probably both! All the citrus here isn't so good right now :( Otherwise I would totally be making myself organe juice in the morning

Christmas time usually brings all kinds of citrus...can't wait!!!

I LOVE oranges! But I juice mine, usually 3 or 4. Most of the time I use OJ for my smoothie base. Valencias I think have the most juice. But, OMG, oranges are so expensive here. $1.99 per pound for organic oranges, so I can only buy about 6 or 7 at a time.

Well they're IN SEASON so maybe it's the right time to CRAVE them mmm
uh why aren't they cheaper now that they're in season though!? Sure, the government will subsidize corn and meat..what about DELICIOUS ORANGES!?!? gr
If I could get an orange that tasted halfway decent I'd be eating that amount too! :D

I go through stages with my fruit cravings. The past few weeks it's been red apples and red grapes. Now it's oranges...I have 4 to 5 per day and sometimes juice them. They're very alkalinizing to the body you know...guess we're listening to what our bodies are needing. I'm in Cali so they're fresh and good, but also kind of pricey right now. But then again, so are steaks. I'd rather have an orange! :D

YES!! Only for me it's been fresh squeezed orange juice. Except that all I have is a wheatgrass juicer so I have to crank it by hand, plus peel all the oranges by hand. Kind of a pain, but it's worth it when you're really craving that ice-cold fresh squeezed OJ. :D I have a citrus juicer on my Christmas list - it'll be nice when I do the Master Cleanse again!

I bought myself one of those cuisinart citrus juicers. They're compact and great for juicing lemons, grapefruit and oranges. Works really well with the lemons to in making salad dressings, you get so much more juice than when you squeeze by hand. I mean there's nothing left but the rind, lol.
I picked it up a brand new one on craigslist for $15! What used to be kind of pain, is now very easy. It's great because all of you have to do is cut them in half, place the entire fruit, seeds and all on top, press and the machine does the rest, producing wonderful, fresh, tasty juice. Woo-hoo.

Sherah, I forgot to say, this is the reason I initially bought it as I was on the master cleanse. You'll be very happy when you get it. :)

Hi, my name is Malina and I'm an orange addict. Mmmmmm ... oranges! I have a standing order at a little organic market near my home for a 16 kilogram case of oranges every week. I drink the juice of 10-20 oranges a day!
Yum Yum Yum, orangesss. I always add a 5lb add-on to my weekly organic delivery box for $3.99. They are fantastic, I'm also digging grapefuits lately.
Malina, Love your name!! Means Raspberry in Russian :) and WOW, that is A LOT of oranges!

I'm an orange addict. There are certainly worse things to be addicted to. I like oranges and citrus fruits in general a lot and I frequently start my day with some fresh squeezed citrus juice. My favorite citrus juice presently is fresh squeezed tangerine juice with a raw clove of garlic blended into the juice using a hand blender. Yumbo !

I love the taste, but have recently discovered I'm allergic to them :(
It's not that serious, but I get inflamed sinuses and stuff. Wierd. Hopefully I'll get over it!

I've been buying boxes of clementines (which are super easy to peel and so sweet & juicy!) Love those little buggars, we've even been juicing them for smoothies too.

"I go through stages with my fruit cravings"
ME TOO! Ahh! I'll crave one thing like mad for anywhere from a day to a week at a time, then proceed to crave something completely different. Today it's apples xD A week or two ago it was bananas. Hehe!
