Hi, I have decided to start the raw journey again. My wife's mother and father are not well, and she has been telling them to eat more natural foods. This has had an impact on myself, and around two days ago I decided to eat living foods, I feel better already. My wife eats about one cooked meal a day, but has decided to no longer eat meat, which is great. In australia it is really hard to find any books on living on living foods, but I can always come here for information.

Thanks everyone, thankfully I am only working part time, just in case of detox. I saw some bread in a food court, but it didn,t look every inviting. Amazing how our attitudes change, when we are focused or believe in something strongly, like living on raw food.

Welcome. My mom was from Australia. She used to write her mum who lived in Ballarat Victoria Australia. I would love to visit downunder someday, as all my relatives on my mom's side are all still living there. Most of them I've never met.
