I just made the BEST salad!!!

I loved it so much that I wanted to share!!! :p

In the salad...
chopped romaine
chopped spinach
chopped tomato
sprouts

Dressing... chop together in a processor.
1/2 avocado
1/4 onion
a few kalamata olives
few drops of olive oil if its not saucy enough
a pinch of sea salt

I mixed in the dressing for a few minutes to evenly coat the salad.

YUMMERS.

Looks to me like your getting the right idea. I can't help but notice that your salad is a simple combination of greens and tomato and the dressing looks easy and simple and its all fresh. You made everything fresh and ate it fresh. IMO, when it comes to raw fresh is best. Your salad gets two thumbs up. :)
