I was at Trader Joe's this weekend and saw kalmata olives packed in red wine vinegar. They were in the fridge section. Anyone bought these before? Are they raw?

I don't believe that red wine vinegar is considered raw. Mainly it is real harsh on the digestive track.

I bought olives from Alissa's store. Man are they good. Packed in only EVOO and sea salt. They are very salty but you could probably soak them in water to get rid of some of the salt.

Which ones did you buy? I saw the ones stuffed with jalapenos and I don't really like those and then I saw the ones that are dried up. Maybe I missed them. I will have to take another look. I have to buy some enzymes today so I will add them to my order. :)
