just wondering....
i have a bottle of pretty expensive probiotics that says refrigerate for best results/ longer shelf life, and i bought it in the refrigerator case...well, the thing has been out of the fridge for the summer and i just came across it.... i also additionally have a bunch of old Threelac probiotic packets I'd love to use.... Is there any way to tell if these things are still viable/useable? I hate to just toss them all out, they were so expensive....
