I can't figure this one out, we moved from a small town (Chattanooga, TN) where I could buy buckwheat at our HFS.... to ATLANTA.... and our whole foods does NOT carry buckwheat!! Just the flour... does anyone know where to buy it online? I loooooooovvveeee buckwheaties, especially after running!

But it is unhulled, can you use it the same way?

OOOOOO sweet! I already buy some other stuff from them. Their sunburgers are AWESOME. Now, I make my own, but they were a lifeSAVER when I didn't have time.

You can buy bulk buckwheat from amazon.com, under the brand Bob's Red Mill :)

Is it raw? It doesn't look the same as the green hulled buckwheat from the place I used to get it... Have you contacted them?
