detox foot patches

I've seen detox foot patches in a couple of catalogs and online. They're sticky rectangular patches infused with herbs that supposedly draw toxins out through the soles of your feet while you sleep. Anybody have experience with these? Any recommendations?

I just tried them over the weekend. They turned black & greenish and became kinda of slimey and smelled like BBQ sauce (yuck). I am not sure how well they work, but something definetly happend. There is another thread on this if you want to look it up. Thats how I found out about it.

Hi Ive used these on various parts of my body, especially my lower back over the kidney area...I use them as a form of pain relief...the ones I buy have crystals in too (amethyst & tourmaline).
