I have been really trying to start a juice feast. I've bought the juice feasting guide from rawreform.com and there's just a couple more questions i have. can someone please help me?
1. I am doing this while working, does anyone have any suggestions on making sure I get my juices in? I was thinking about just juicing the night before..which brings me to my next question.
2. Is it good to juice the night before? Should I do same day?
3. What methods are good for preserving the juices so they don't go bad?
4. Is it better to add supplements to the juices when you make them or right before you drink them?

You could juice the night before, but if you do do this you need to keep in a tightly sealed glass jar and keep it near the back of the fridge and away from light. Fresh is always better , but in my opinion it would be better to juice the night before and drink it the next day then to not juice at all.
If you add supplements definitely do it right before you drink them, like I said fresh is always better :)
I am also embarking on a juice fast tomorrow, but luckily i work at Wild Oats (a.k.a. Whole Foods) so I can just go over to the juice bar , which I consider myself very blessed to have! Make sure not to combine fruit and vegetable juices either in a cup or in your stomach. I will most likely be adding flax oil, two green supplements (you're my everything and soje green for life supplement) and also some coconut oil in the morning :) I also intend to drink a smoothie for lunch until I run out of bananas because I just bought a lot and it will make it an easier transition from solid foods and I also get a ton of nutrition in my smoothies
Good luck my friend!

i actually had one of the same questions. is it alright to make your juice in the morning for the whole day?!
i remember reading somewhere that not drinking it after so many minutes, it loses some nutrients or something.
or am i just making that up? i could be.

I make my juices (3-4Quarts) in the morning before I go to work. takes me 1- 1 1/2 hour... but then thats it for the day. I add supplements at drinking time. Only have to wash juicer or blender once.
I fill my Quarts to the top... (mason jars) tight seal.... and in the dark cold refrigerator until drinking time.

Gwena from RFT went on a very long juice feast a while back - you can probably find her blog thru the members list... very interesting reading! She used to juice the night before If I remember correctly - and took them to work in a small cooler. Fresh is always best - but the juice will be fine and the enzymes still happy and dancin away the next morning!
good luck!
