How Long Does Raw Food Stay Fresh? [Archive]

Ok, so I am sure that someone has asked this before, but I tried to look it up in old posts and I am just not that computer savvy;)

If I prepare dressings and Alyssias pad thai or fettichini alfredo will they stay good all week? Or salmon pate...etc??

It would be nice to know if I can just have one "HUGE" un-cooking night and then be set for the week?

I believe that food is good for a few days at least. I know I've eaten the fettucine alfredo for four days. The Date Nut torte actually tastes better (to me) the next day. I know I've eaten it 8 days later.

I like my green smoothies the fresher the better! Even taking the leftovers from the blender-full batch made in the morning to drink at work about 3 hrs later, I notice that it just doesn't taste as good to me. (Although I have heard that it is good in the fridge up to 3 days.)

Hope this helps...and that someone who is more of an expert will chime in! :) It would be good to have a concise list to post inside a cabinet or on the fridge.
