tingly lips

I've just eaten an orange.
Correction: I hate an orange about 5 minutes ago
My lips are still tingling!
I can't explain better than that - but my lips are just going crazy!
hehe : )
It was a very juicy organic orange.
does this mean it's enzymes are working away on my lips? Or are there other reasons?

It's crazy how food makes our bodies do crazy things.
I get a numb tounge from celery.
A crazy mouth after pineapple
Red cheeks after mustard greens

did you bite the peel ?

i usually bite the peel to get it started, infact i just did about 1/2 hour ago and my lips are still tingling.

it only happens when i bite the peel.

So what is in the rind that would have many my lips tingly?
and is it a 'bad' sign?
