Oil pulling and swallowing the oil

Has anyone tried oil pulling with a good oil like the flax seed oil from the HFS ? Does the oil pulling still work with a good oil ? Is there any draw back to swallowing the swished oil ?

I have not tried it with flax. Olive and sunflower have both worked well for me. As I understand it, once you have swished, the oil is loaded with the removed toxins and should be spit out.

If you swallow the oil, you could puke. NOT ALWAYS of course but not swallowing is pretty important. You don't want all those toxins going right back into your system :)
