I've been drinking and loving my green smoothies... I noticed that my BMs are tinted green.
Doesn't this mean that I'm not breaking down and assimilating?? Does anyone have thoughts on this?

hehe mine are too sometimes!
I'd say if your BM is shaped well and not loose then your okay.
If you chew your food well, then you're okay too.
I'd say take digestive enzymes if you are over 35/40, or if your stomach hurts after eating. If you are often bloated and nauseas. Or if you notice undigested food particles in your BM's.
BM's are made up of the food you eat, so I'd say it's good that they are tinted green as it show's you're eating PLENTY of greens! well done you : )

Green is good. That means your digestive system is working correctly. What goes in should come out the same color.

Nope, that is perfectly normal. Just as it would turn reddish/pink if you ate beets. Or orange if you eat sweet potatos or lots of carrot juice.
No worries!
