I was wondering if anyone has put their carrot pulp in the freezer to use in recipes later?
I would really like to make a carrot cake, but I don't particularly like carrot juice. I can usually tolerate 1-2 carrots in my morning fresh veggie juice, so I was wondering if I could freeze that carrot pulp to use in recipes at a later date. Thanks!
