Ah a philosophical question :p
I've got greens powders and I was making smoothies with fruit and adding plenty of the powder to the smoothie - great, no prob.
Recently, I decided to try using spinach, kale, lettuce whatever and making green smoothies that way.
Hmmm. Even w/ lots of other stuff added, I definitely have a preference for the fruit smoothies with greens powder.
Is this just as fine, healthwise? Anything that I'm missing?:confused:
