I marinated portabella in apple cider vinegar, nama shoyu and garlic...now what? shall i roll them in nori with veggies, eat on a salad? how long are they good for ? any ideas are invited(:

Umm, good question. I love them in nori roll-ups. My fav thing to do is to put pesto in each one and dehydrate for awhile. Absolutely awsome. Can also use as a fill for fettcuini alfredo or sneak slices in the marinara sauce with any kind of noodle. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving and will be experimenting with some mushroom gravy ideas, too.

Sooo many recipes, and so few mushrooms!
