Are there any lists out there that tell you how long things last? - fresh and dehydrated?

What do you store in when you make big batches of things like cookies or crackers, etc?

What do you store in when you make big batches of things like cookies or crackers, etc?IMO, the vacuum packer is the best way to prepare foods for storage in either the refrigerator and/or freezer.
