i am a huuuuuge fan of superfoods.

: green food powder, maca, cacao, gojis, hemp

what im wondering IS:

is it possible to have too much?
moderation on the cacao FOR SURE and maca too (i usually have 1-2 TBSP a day)
but can you have have too many gojis?
and can you have too much green food powder?
sometimes i have about 6 TBSP a day.
(i eat salads as well)

besides the pricey-ness of it...
is there any reason not to?

how does your body feel? does it like the excess? or do you feel like your over doing it?

everyone's body thrives on differnt types of foods, my body LOVES frest fruit, I would tend to think as long as your body is feeling okies, you should be fine. from what I understand if you over do it on vitamins and stuff like that, your body just pees out what you don't need. :D
