Are we cosmically sending brainwaves??!!! I was JUST looking at this site last night.....I haven't tried making it yet....have you? How did it turn out, if you have?

Well, how about the kraut? How did it turn out, details, please? I got my nice short glass jars with the rubber seals and metal band out. I think they will be great for storing it, cuz I had alot of trouble getting the screw on kind opened, I guess it was the fermented pressure.

Does anyone else who loves kraut remember this post from several months back? It was about a camp cook, and all the different kinds of kraut they made during the week.
